My passion is teaching and to give back to the community in a personal and professional capacity. Through my job I can assist students to unlock their potential and meet their goals/dreams. My personal goal is to live life to the fullest and enjoy the small moments as these turn out to be big moments at the end.

Why are you proud to be a part of the CA Connect team?
It is a privilege to be part of this dynamic team, we are being inclusive to students that were rejected at other universities as they don’t fit the mold. We are shifting the norm, which is exciting.
Which of the CAC Values appeal to you the most and why? (Real, Care, Learn)
Care – I like to build strong relationships. I genuinely care for my students and my colleagues. I take interest in their personal lives and their journey, even after they have passed our degree.
Explain if and why education has the power to change South Africa?
I do believe education has the power to change South Africa, it could assist with job creation which will reduce inequality.
What does the CA(SA) qualification represent to you?

If you think of the word “successful,” who is the first person that comes to mind and why?
Oprah – she is a philanthropist; her life story is inspiring. She has a lot of compassion for everyone that crosses paths with her. She was born in poverty and became a millionaire at 32.
If you could put up a saying on a banner that was displayed around the country, what would it say and why?
If you can be anything, be KIND.
You don’t know what journey someone is on, or what personal issues they are dealing with, treat them with kindness and respect.
