Why are you proud to be a part of the CA Connect team?

It is great being part of a high-performance team with everyone being so unique, real, full of live and vibrant. We are a team that genuinely supports and cares for our students.

Which of the CAC Values appeal to you the most and why? (Real, Care, Learn)

Care – I always want to support if I know someone is going through a tough time. I believe it is my mother instinct that kicks in – to always respond to someone’s needs and show care.

What does the CA(SA) qualification represent to you?

Variety – It opens a variety of doors, you just need to decide which door you are going to open.

If you think of the word “successful,” who is the first person that comes to mind and why?

I can’t think of one person only, because success can be defined in various ways for each person as each person’s purpose or goals and journey is unique.

For me a person is successful when they have accepted challenges, accepted failures, persevere, learn, and sacrifice, but most importantly enjoyed the ride to achieve their outcome or goal.

What does the future of education look like to you?

Education is an investment you make for the future. So, it depends on what and how you invest now.

If you had to define the role of a “teacher”, what would it say?

A multi-tasking, patient, inspiring super-star who touches lives, motivates, educates, and makes an impact.
