Welcome to Step 1 of the application process.

This is the correct page to start a new application or to amend an existing application if you are not currently registered on a Milpark PGDA or Bridging programme.

We offer 2 programmes that you can apply for, the:

Before applying, please ensure that you have read the information about these programmes, including admission requirements and costs, so that you are clear on the programme for which you would like to apply.

Please note: It takes us about 5 – 7 days to process an application and give you initial feedback.

If you are waiting for results from your current year of study, it is important to only apply once you have final results. If you apply before you have final results, we cannot assess your application properly and there is a risk that your application is not given the correct outcome.

These applications are for our for our first intake of 2025 that starts in February 2025.

  • Our February 2025 PGDA starts on 10 February 2025 (full planner here).
  • Our February 2025 Bridging programme starts on 3 February 2025 (full planner here).

Registrations remain open for 1 week after the programme starts.
You should however apply and register as early possible as it can take up to 2 weeks to register and obtain access to material, and you are at a disadvantage if you start late.
There is introductory material that is released ±1 week before programmes officially start and it is helpful to have time to work through this before the programmes start.

  • We try to reply to all enquiries within in 1 business day when our offices are open (we are closed from 19 December to 3 January).

Applications on the CA Connect website that are finalised on or after 10 February 2025 that result in offers to our Bridging programme will be for our intake that starts in July 2025, i.e. these will be too late for our Bridging programme that starts in February 2025.

Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA / CTA)
Short Course Programme in Advanced Accounting (Bridging programme to the CTA)
  • Before completing an application for the PGDA / CTA, you should have completed a SAICA-accredited Bachelor of Commerce degree (or equivalent).

  • If you are not offered a place in the PGDA / CTA we will automatically consider you for the Short Course Programme in Advanced Accounting (Bridging to the CTA).
