If you need to change or add information to your application, you can go back to the start of the application process and enter your ID / passport number and application number. This will take you back into the saved information that you have already submitted where you will be able to add / change information.

The process forward:

• We will now assess your application.
• Assessment generally takes 5 – 7 business days if you have submitted complete information and our offices are open.
• If you apply before 30 April 2024, you will only get an outcome by 7 May 2024.
• Our offices are closed from 14 December 2024 to 5 January 2025.
• Irrespective of the outcome, we will email you of the result of your application. This will include information on how to proceed.
